Terms of Service

Age Restriction Notice (18+ Requirement)By accessing or browsing LIASAIART, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). The platform contains mature visual narratives, stylized artistic illustrations, and adult content that is not suitable for minors.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or authenticating into LIASAIART ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice published directly on this page.

2.Patreon OAuth & Membership Tiers

Access to exclusive tiers (Starter, Premium, VIP, Special) is governed by your active, good-standing pledge on our official Patreon creator page.

Authentication is handled securely via the official Patreon OAuth 2.0 API.
Your access permissions synchronize in real-time based on the entitled tiers returned by Patreon API v2.
If a pledge expires, is paused, or is canceled, access to paid tier vaults will be automatically downgraded to the Free tier.

3.Intellectual Property & Limited License

All digital assets, artwork, 4K image sets, Bunny Stream video series, webtoons, and interactive archives are the exclusive intellectual property of LIASAIART.

PERMITTED: Personal, non-commercial offline viewing and archival.

✕STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Public re-hosting, torrenting, or commercial resale.

✕STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Ingestion into AI training datasets (LoRA, Checkpoints, embeddings).

4.Digital Downloads & Token Authentication

Downloadable master archives (.zip files) are protected via Bunny.net URL Token Authentication. Download tokens are unique, non-transferable, and time-bound. Sharing direct download links or attempting to bypass token authentication will result in immediate revocation of access.

5.Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform and all media are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. LIASAIART is not liable for intermittent network disruptions, Patreon API outages, or technical incompatibilities on user hardware.
